Tim Wilkes
Tim is the founder of Pathos Services, a boutique consultancy helping leaders and commercial teams communicate with more clarity, confidence, and influence.
With more than 25 years of experience across financial services, technology, government, and professional services, Tim has coached hundreds of senior leaders and delivered keynotes and workshops to audiences across Australia and internationally.
His approach draws on behavioural science, classical rhetoric, narrative psychology, and two decades of working with people in high-stakes communication moments.

Ian Kimbell
Ian brings over two decades of experience translating complex technology, including AI, to senior executive audiences. A true master of what we like to call "Weaponized Storytelling", Ian helps leaders and commercial teams craft presentations that win decisions, not just inform.
Fluent in both English and German, Ian operates as Pathos Services' principal associate across Asia and Europe. Based in Singapore, he serves as the regional face of Pathos Services in Asia, and is also an operating associate across Europe, with particular depth in the DACH region.
